What is your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is to offer delight at your fingertips. Our devices and polishes are tested, inspected, and proven time and time again. We are confident that you will fall in love with your Nimble and use it time and time again. If for any reason you do not, our return / exchange policy is as follows:

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee for your Nimble device, provided that it returns to our warehouse and passes our full functionality test. Please see our full return policy here.
For devices outside of the 30-day window, we do offer a 1 year warranty here for the device hardware. Please email hello@nimblebeauty.com with your order number, Nimble Device ID, and a brief description of the issue for assistance.
Is it safe for my child to use Nimble?
The Nimble device is designed for people ages 16 and above.
People under 18 must have a parent present to operate the Nimble device.
Does Nimble use regular or gel polish?
Nimble uses vegan, cruelty-free, 13-free regular polish that is air-dried by Nimble's internal fan. Designed to be kind to your nails, our high-wattage shine and vibrant color can be easily removed with your favorite nail polish remover.
Does Nimble paint my toes too?
We are always listening to the community and taking it under consideration to add painting toes in the future. Nimble will constantly evolve and you will always be the first to know when there are updates.
Can Nimble do a French manicure or nail art?
We put perfection and precision at the heart of everything we do, so for now we're focused and perfectly painting nails. However, we plan to release hardware and/or software updates that allow for more capabilities like French manicures and pedicures in the future! We're always listening to our community and prioritizing our to-do list based on your feedback.
Does Nimble work on artificial nails?
No - Nimble's AI is trained on clean, bare, natural nails. We do not recommend any form of artificial nails to be painted by Nimble.
How does the Nimble device work?
In short: It's complicated. The long answer is: Nimble uses pioneering AI and machine vision technology along with a series of complex algorithms which scan each fingertip to assess and identify the shape and where each nail starts and ends. The device then calculates the exact amount of polish needed for each finger and applies the polish, while simultaneously drying each coat so that your nails come out completely ready to go. Does Nimble use an external battery or does have to be plugged in?
Nimble needs to be plugged into a power supply in order to work. There is no battery inside of your Nimble.
Does my Nimble device need WiFi to work?
The Nimble device needs to be connected to Wi-Fi to receive updates and instructions from your phone as well as our server. Nimble requires a 2.4gHZ connection. The stronger the Wi-Fi, the faster the manis!
Does the nimble device come with nail polish capsules?
The Nimble Device and polish capsules are sold separately. Polish Capsules can be purchased here.
